Data and purposes

When you visit the website, technical request and security data necessary to deliver and protect the service may be processed. We use this information to operate and secure the site.

At this stage, project enquiries start when you open your own email application. If you write to us, we receive the information you decide to send, such as your name, email, telephone, existing website address and project description. We use it to respond and, if requested, prepare a proposal. Do not send passwords, payment card information or sensitive documents.

The project calculator processes your selected scope options in your browser. If you continue to an email, you can inspect and edit the summary before sending. Using the calculator alone does not submit an enquiry to our lead-management system.

03

Hosting, providers and recipients

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver, optimize and protect the website. Technical suppliers may handle information needed to provide those services, including through infrastructure outside Cape Verde, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.

Email enquiries are accessible to authorized Morabeza team members and providers necessary to deliver and handle correspondence. No integrated Lead App enquiry form is enabled at this stage.

04

Optional analytics and choices

Usage analytics are optional. The measurement script hosted at cs.morabeza.digital loads only after you accept analytics. You can accept, decline or revise your preference through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Your choice is stored in the browser local storage under cvwd-analytics-choice-v1. Clearing browser data removes that preference. Infrastructure security providers may use necessary technical mechanisms independently of your analytics choice.

05

Retention and your rights

We retain correspondence and technical records only as long as necessary to respond to an enquiry, operate the service and meet applicable legal duties. Duration depends on the purpose and type of information; you can request details about specific processing using the contact address above.

You may request information, access, correction or deletion of your personal data under applicable law. Contact marketing@morabeza.digital. You may also contact the Cape Verde National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
