This website describes services, provides an informational project calculator and offers ways to start a conversation. Browsing the website or sending an email does not, by itself, create a services contract.

Projects are assessed individually. Scope, price, applicable taxes, timing, deliverables and responsibilities are defined in the accepted written proposal and contract. Starting a project requires an upfront payment of 50% of the agreed project price; the remaining 50% is payable under the terms of the accepted proposal.
The calculator identifies scope factors and is not a binding quotation. No minimum custom-project prices are published as part of this email-first offer.

Bookings, ecommerce, payments and existing-platform integrations require discovery and appropriate supplier agreements. Merchant approval, fees, settlement and available Vinti4 services depend on SISP and the relevant merchant agreement.
The merchant remains responsible for invoicing, delivery, refunds, customer service and applicable business duties unless a valid written agreement allocates specific responsibilities differently.

Clients must provide correct information and materials they are entitled to use. Ownership and licensing of deliverables, content, reusable code and third-party services are established in each written project agreement.

Scope changes, new requirements and external dependencies may affect pricing or scheduling, subject to agreement. Hosting, maintenance and post-launch support are included only where expressly stated in the accepted proposal.
If the client cancels within 48 hours after we receive the first payment, we provide a full refund of all amounts paid. The 48-hour period begins on the date and time the first payment is received. After 48 hours, payments made are non-refundable upon cancellation, except where mandatory legal rights require otherwise. Other terms concerning suspension, completed work and dispute resolution are set out in the applicable agreement.
