An online store needs more than a catalog. We first understand buyers, products, business policies, who fulfils orders and how staff handle exceptions. This is not a fixed-scope ecommerce package.

We map categories, variants, product information, inventory, delivery or pickup, language and the steps leading to an order. The inventory source and update process must have a clearly responsible owner.

We map checkout and payment states: initiated, pending, confirmed, declined or refunded where supported by the contracted provider. A browser thank-you page is not authoritative payment verification. Vinti4 depends on a merchant agreement approved by SISP; approval and fees cannot be guaranteed.

Before promising POS, ERP, shipping or CRM synchronization, we check available APIs, permissions, data boundaries, rate limits and failure handling. The merchant remains responsible for pricing, catalog, taxes, fulfilment and customer service unless a separate contract defines otherwise.
05 / THE JOURNEY
We plan authentication, least-privilege access, privacy, content management, security and payment tests by environment. Functionality, storage and external vendors are chosen after discovery and approved in writing.
06 / THE JOURNEY
The assessment produces a specific scope: catalog, languages, integrations, payment processing, staff workflow, any migration and acceptance stages. A price and schedule follow that scope. For a simple website without commerce, we recommend Meusite.

No. Meusite packages are fixed-scope brochure websites. Ecommerce and custom integrations are assessed exclusively as bespoke CaboVerdeWebDesign projects.
We can assess an integration after reviewing requirements and the merchant agreement. SISP controls approval, available services, fees and settlement; eligibility cannot be guaranteed.
Only after assessing the existing platform interface, permissions, data and constraints. We document ownership, tests and exceptions in the proposal instead of promising unverified synchronization.
